If they suck at work, they shouldn\u2019t be working there. Just like any other job where you can be fired for no cause. A government job shouldn\u2019t be a permanent place where you can sit until you retire. If you do nothing you need to go.
\nThat is the main benefit of a government job. Security is how we get qualified people to work for less than they would get for the same work in the private sector.
\nNo job should have you feel that you can never be fired. Unfortunately, people felt like this is govvy jobs and that is why the government went to hell. Crappy people doing nothing but getting paid. Fire them all.

One can never be too careful as people have started to be directly persecuted for going against those in office.
